An Easy Advance is a loan secured by your tax refund and is offered by Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, member FDIC, to eligible taxpayers. Loan is subject to underwriting and approval. It is not your actual tax refund. You can apply for $500 to $6000. Your loan amount options are based on your expected Federal refund less authorized fees. A Finance Charge will apply.

We send you an invitation to the client portal. Set up your login, complete your engagement letter, and fill in a tax organizer built for your situation.
Send your W-2s, 1099s, statements, or the whole shoebox. Upload them to the portal, or bring them by the office if that is easier. If we need anything else while we work, we will let you know.
Our team works through your information and comes back to you about anything worth a second look. Our goal is to finish returns within two weeks of having everything we need.
When your return is ready we send your invoice. Once it is paid, your return opens in the portal for you to review and sign electronically, and we file. Have a question at that point? Just ask.
