Alaska Tax Lady is a tax and accounting office in Wasilla, and we are building a statewide firm. We are hiring across the board, from admin and data entry, to seasoned preparers, Enrolled Agents and CPAs, full-time, part-time and seasonal.
Who We're Looking For
Administrative and data entry
The people who keep the office moving and the documents flowing, in season and out.
Tax preparers
From those starting out to seasoned preparers who can carry complex returns without supervision.
Bookkeepers
Monthly books, cleanups and reconciliations, including industry software and compliance-heavy work.
Enrolled Agents and CPAs
Staff or contract, full-time or on demand. If you have capacity and want steady, well-organized work, we would like to talk.

Our office runs on a real client portal, electronic signatures and an actual workflow, so you spend your time on returns and books instead of chasing paper. Everyone here has a specialty and gets trusted with it. And our office is open all year, so there is opportunity for full-time roles.
